When Bill Inmon & Paul Ormonde-James get down and dirty in unstructured data

It was something special with both Bill Inmon and Paul Ormonde-james got together to present at the Asia Pacific Summit.

Bill gave a riveting review of progress in the DW 2.0 model for unstructured data. This gave a clearer perspective on what is the future of data warehousing and the next critical steps to add value.

Paul spoke about how to make it all work from engaging management, up skilling staff to delivery. With years of practical experience in major companies, he related to his experience. The crowd was engaged in asking many questions on how they could get similar results from their organisations.

One member of the crowd asked if the two would be presenting again next year with the next instalment of unstructured data and delivering value to organisations. The answer was “ if time permits”

Let us hope both find the time to deliver another action packed Asia Pacific Data quality forum.
